AlphaTank Return Policy

Ensuring your satisfaction with our ice baths is at the core of what we do. This policy serves as a guide for your confidence in shopping with us. You will have 30 days to return any faulty products to us after they arrive, and we’ll pay for shipping. If the product becomes faulty after the initial 30 days, you may also receive a replacement or refund. Please read below for more details.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

Should you encounter a defective item, you have a dedicated 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any product exhibiting manufacturing defects.

It's important to note that items subjected to misuse, accidental damage, or disregard for care instructions won't qualify for a return. Additionally, returns are exclusively accepted for online purchases made at alphatank.com or related subdomains, excluding third-party acquisitions.

Post 30-Day Considerations

If, beyond 30 days, you experience issues attributable to manufacturing defects, you may still be eligible for a replacement. While we offer a 1-year warranty for such defects, customers are responsible for shipping costs after the initial 30 days.

Return Conditions

For a full refund or replacement, the returned product must be in its original, unused condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation with the returned product.

Shipping Fee

Once the product has been delivered, refunds on shipping charges are not applicable. Within the initial 30-day period, AlphaTank covers return shipping costs for faulty goods within the US. However, if you choose to return an unused product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Review Process

Upon receiving the returned product, our expert team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the reported issue. Confirmed faulty products will prompt the initiation of your chosen refund or replacement option. Please note that this process may take up to 7 days and refunds may take an additional 7-14 days to process, depending on your chosen payment method or bank. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method or card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be processed to a different card.
